In support of Sport Relief, SuperPod is back in 2020. Here’s a little bit of info about the festival, who’s going to be there and most importantly, how to donate!
SuperPod is a fantastic 2-day podcast festival, held at The Social in Southampton, from Saturday 7th- Sunday 8th of March. After the success of the first SuperPod event in 2017, organiser Al Galpin (host of the Ministry of Swooping: a Fake News Podcast) has brought the event back for a second time! The festival will be raising funds for Sport Relief and therefore, the shows appearing will have a sporting bent.
So far, appearing at the event are Desert Island Dicks, Life Goals with Theo Delaney, SportSpiel, Football Book Club, What’s Your Favourite? and The Dredgeland Podcast Spectacular!
Entry to The Social is free and there’s a ticketed section each evening, with all ticket costs going to Sport Relief.
If you can’t be there in person, you can still stream the event through TuneIn and Facebook Live.
Most importantly, you can still donate to the cause here!
