We’re not sure biases is the right word, but rather Chana looked at the situation within the context of racism, which cannot be ignored when talking about money. For a look at the way racism and classism is interlinked, can we suggest a few more podcasts: 1619 in the USA, Human Resources and About Race for a more UK-focus.

And even beyond that she needs to understand that money is at the root of all decisions, not just prejudice or race. In other words , time to grow up and face reality. People put their own kids first , period. And statistics show that schools with wealthy families have higher graduation rates and test scores.
